Terry Flynn STB MSc
After a six year seminary training at the English College at Valladolid, Spain, leaving as a deacon with a degree in Theology and Philosophy, Bishop Terry was ordained as a Roman Catholic priest within the Archdiocese of Cardiff on 10th July 1976 and consecrated as an Independent Catholic Bishop by Archbishop Bruce Simpson, assisted by four other senior bishops, on 28th September 2001. Archbishop Terry Flynn is one of the very few Independent Bishops in the UK who has undergone full seminary training and has many years of pastoral experience especially in inner-city parishes.

Roger John Whatley
Bishop of Edington in Wiltshire and
Vicar General of ECC UK
Born 1935, educated Dauntsey’s school, Wiltshire, and Bristol University Medical School. Qualified MB, ChB 1960. In medical practice until 1991. Roger served in the RAF in Singapore 1953-55. For some 6 years he was a Buddhist and was ordained as an anagarika in Brickfields monastery, Kuala Lumpur, in 1954 by Ven. K Dhammanada MahaThera.
Received into the Roman Catholic church in 1956 but was disillusioned by doctrine and dogma, especially Humanae Vitae. He eventually joined the Open Episcopal Church in 2002 being ordained Deacon 2002, Priest 2003, Bishop2005.
Obtained MA in Religious Studies ( Southampton University/ King Alfred College Winchester) 2004.
Incardinated into the Ecumenical Catholic Church 2007 and presently serves as Auxiliary Bishop and Vicar General. His ministries include Academic theological writing, Bereavement ministry and visiting homes for the aged. Roger has been married to Sheila, also a retired medical doctor, for 47 years, and they have three sons, one daughter and three grandchildren.
