Spirituality - Bishop Roger
This may be a controversial article. In some ways I hope it is because from debate comes a clarity consensus (I hope), so if you have anything to say about this please contact me directly at tyfurog@aol.com so that we can have a (lively but proper) debate.
To write about spirituality, as I have been asked to do, is a difficult thing, firstly because of the implication that one writes from a place of high spiritual achievement, and secondly because everyone has their own ideas about the subject. So let us be quite clear that I am, (and write) like the rest of us, a traveller on the way. On the road to God there is never an end. Always there is more to be sought and found. This series will be merely an introduction to the ways and means of making a start on the journey which Our Lord set us ‘ Seek ye first the kingdom of God… and all these things will be given to you as well’ (Matt.6:33).
